Merry Merry Christmas-

Mommy and I making our traditional monkey bread Christmas morning. Yum Yum.! it was great Jenn, but we didn't make our biscuits by hand like you probably did,.

We did the coolest thing. My momma read a devotion about Jesus being the best gift for Christmas. My mom put the baby Jesus iin a cool gift box and we opened him and put him in the manger. However, Alex was super spiritual and put Jesus in his mouth.

Alex was totally worn out by Christmas fun. He must have been too excited the night before. He would not go to sleep and wokeup every hour. he must have been waiting for santa..

This is my fav part of Christmas. After the Christmas Eve service at church Karen and Bill(Todd's fam) and Kellie, and my parents came to our house to eat. WE had a blast, and Daddy entertained us. That is him doing Elvis Blue Christmas.

Jenn, Alex is a true coffee lover. That is what I got from Todd for Christmas(Wahoo)..And Alex put it right back in his mouth...

I had the best Christmas ever. God taught me so much about it not being about gifts, but about Jesus..God becoming man. NOt just man, but a baby like Alex....Glory. Wow. It is just to great to fathom. And I can live each day in the light of his redeeming love. The best part of Christmas was talking to Jenn on the computer with our whole fam singing...And Alex smiling for her. The Christmas eve service, where our whole fam sang. And Glory Praise Jesus, our neighbors, who we invited to church, showed up. That was such a huge blessing. And then to have todd and I's fam together at my house Christmas Eve. WE are turning the Humberts into a cheesy fam too, cuz we sang Christmas songs together. It was a blast. I am so blessed. And of course having Alex makes Christmas a blast. He just ate everything though.

Well, I love all my faithful readers so much. Merry Christmas. Jenn- i can't say thanks enough for the Christmas presnet. I can't wait for us all to go to the Whitestone inn. IT will be a blast. And I will get many date nights out of my gift card!

We are so blessed. I wanted to update with pictures. This is little man's big day...He had rice cereal for the first time last night........The doctor said to give it to him because he is not eating well right now because of teething. Please pray for him..He was not sure what he thought of the cereal.

Thanksgiving Prayer

O God. My cup overflows. I have so much to give thanks for. Thanks is not enough. You, my faithful God have always taken care of me. You have always been true to never leave me or forsake me. You have given me an incredible godly husband who loves you and leads me. O God, that is more than I could ask or imagine. If you have asked me in highschool if I would be blessed to be married to such an incredible man, I would have said no way. God you have blessed me with a son. You have allowed me to stay home with him. You have given me opportunity to pour into him. You have blessed us with an incredible church family which we prayed for. You allow Todd to do ministry for a living. You have given me health. I have an amazing mom and dad. My mom is one of my best friends. You give me a dad who continually and always has modeled you, God my Father. You loved me enough to give me a twin sis, an instant and forever friend. a sis in law who loves you, and I love. A mother in law I love to death. O God my cup overflows.God you are faithful to meet with me every morning. You have blessed me with a mentor. You have put people in my life to help me grow up in faith. You have shown me incredible mercy. You have been my faithful friend, my refiners fire. My strength. My wisdom. You are soverign. Most of all, Jesus you are firstborn from the dead. Because of this you should have firstplace in everything. i love you!

I had a blast at Shawna and Harrison's wedding.. They are the cutest couple ever. The wedding was so much fun...The day before the wedding not so fun....I had a very bad virus, with a fever of 102....I missed out on all the pre wedding fun...bummer. but I am excitedthe Lord allowed me to go to the wedding. This pic is hilarious. Shawna had a Virginia TEch garter which Harrison loved.
